Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Captions, PandaDoc, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Captions and PandaDoc integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and PandaDoc (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Captions and PandaDoc
Captions + PandaDoc + Google Drive: When a PandaDoc document status changes to 'Completed', the workflow downloads any associated attachments. It then uploads these attachments, along with the finalized video captions file (assuming it's manually triggered or made available via another flow), to a designated folder in Google Drive.
PandaDoc + Captions + Slack: When a PandaDoc document status changes to 'Completed', this triggers a video generation request in Captions. Once the video generation is complete (assuming status can be checked), a notification is sent via Slack to a specified channel, alerting the sales team.
