Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and Paperform (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Captions and Paperform
Paperform + Captions + Google Sheets: When a new form submission is received in Paperform, Captions generates captions for the audio fields in the submission. The form submission data, along with a link to the generated captions, is then logged in Google Sheets.
Paperform + Captions + Slack: Upon receiving a new form submission in Paperform, Captions is triggered to create video transcriptions for the audio fields within the submission. Once the transcription is complete, a notification containing the transcription results is sent to a designated Slack channel.
