Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and RingCentral (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Captions and RingCentral

RingCentral + Captions + Slack: When a new call recording is available in RingCentral, the automation retrieves the associated captions and posts them to a designated Slack channel for team review and alignment.

RingCentral + Captions + Google Docs: Upon a new call recording in RingCentral, the automation retrieves the recording and checks for available captions.
