Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Captions and Salesmate integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and Salesmate (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Captions and Salesmate

Captions + Slack + Salesmate: When a new video caption is generated in Captions, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team. The message includes a link to the caption and relevant video information. Optionally, the Salesmate can then search for deals related to the video's topic.

Salesmate + Google Sheets + Captions: When a deal is marked as won in Salesmate, the deal details are logged into a Google Sheet. Then, Captions can be used to automatically generate a congratulatory message based on the deal details for use on social media, but this requires a human to manually submit a caption generation request.
