Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and SendPulse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Captions and SendPulse
Captions + SendPulse + Google Sheets: When a new subscriber event occurs in SendPulse (e.g., subscription, unsubscription), the subscriber's email is retrieved, and a new row is added to a Google Sheets spreadsheet containing the relevant event data. This enables marketing analysis of subscriber trends.
Captions + SendPulse + Slack: When a new video generation request is submitted in Captions, the status of the video generation is checked. Upon completion, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the marketing team.
