Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Captions, Signnow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Captions and Signnow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and Signnow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Captions and Signnow
Signnow + Captions + Slack: When a document is signed in SignNow, this automation checks the status of video generation in Captions and sends a Slack message to notify the team about the signed agreement and video status.
Signnow + Captions + Google Drive: When a document is signed in SignNow, the workflow uploads the signed document to Google Drive. It then checks the status of video translation request on Captions. This ensures all signed documents are securely stored and their status is available in Google Drive.
