Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Captions and TimeCamp

Captions + TimeCamp + Google Sheets: When a video generation request is completed in Captions, a time entry is created in TimeCamp. The project and time spent are then logged in a Google Sheet for client billing purposes.

TimeCamp + Captions + Slack: When a new time entry is created in TimeCamp, the workflow checks if the project time exceeds the budget. If the budget is exceeded, it sends a link to the video transcript via Captions to project managers in Slack.
