Most powerful ways to connect Captions and Todoist
Captions + Todoist + Slack: When a new video caption is generated in Captions, a task is created in Todoist to review the captions. Upon task creation in Todoist, a message is sent in a designated Slack channel, notifying the team that captions are available for review and providing a link to the Todoist task.
Todoist + Captions + Google Drive: When a task is marked as completed in Todoist, the workflow triggers the retrieval or generation of video captions in Captions, and then uploads the caption file to a specified folder in Google Drive for archiving or further processing.
