Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Captions, Twist, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Captions and Twist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and Twist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Captions and Twist
Captions + Twist + Slack: When a video's captions are generated, a message is posted in a dedicated Twist thread with the caption content. Subsequently, a notification is sent via Slack to the team to review the captions.
Captions + Google Docs + Twist: Upon completion of video captions generation, the captions are saved to a new Google Docs document. The link to this document is then posted in a specified Twist thread for archiving purposes.
