Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Caspio, Formstack, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caspio and Formstack integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and Formstack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and Formstack
Formstack + Caspio + Google Sheets: When a new submission is received in Formstack, the data is saved as a new record in Caspio. Key data from the submission is then logged in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
Formstack + Caspio + Slack: When a new form entry is submitted in Formstack, the entry is saved to Caspio as a new record. A notification containing key details is then sent to a specified Slack channel.
