Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Caspio, Inoreader, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caspio and Inoreader integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and Inoreader (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and Inoreader

Inoreader + Caspio + Slack: When a new article appears in a specified Inoreader folder, the flow searches for a matching record in Caspio. If a record is found, a notification is sent to a Slack channel with details from both the article and the Caspio record.

Inoreader + Caspio + Google Sheets: This flow saves new articles from Inoreader to a Caspio database. Then, article data is saved to a Google Sheet. Further analysis of the articles' relevance can be tracked in the Google Sheet by manually adding data and using Google Sheets formulas.
