Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Caspio, Moxie, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Caspio and Moxie integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and Moxie (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and Moxie

Caspio + Moxie + Slack: When a new entry is added to a Caspio table, a task is created in Moxie, and a Slack message is sent to a specified channel to notify team members about the new entry and the created task.

Moxie + Caspio + Google Sheets: When a task is created in Moxie, a record is added to a Caspio table. Subsequently, a new row is appended to a Google Sheet to track the newly created task and its corresponding Caspio record.
