How to connect Caspio and OpenAI DALL-E
Create a New Scenario to Connect Caspio and OpenAI DALL-E
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Caspio, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Caspio or OpenAI DALL-E will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Caspio or OpenAI DALL-E, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Caspio Node
Select the Caspio node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Caspio, OpenAI DALL-E, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caspio and OpenAI DALL-E integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and OpenAI DALL-E (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and OpenAI DALL-E
Caspio + Airtable + Slack: A new entry in a Caspio table triggers the creation of a new record in Airtable, storing relevant data. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel, notifying users of the new Airtable record and including key information from the Caspio entry.
Airtable + Caspio + Slack: When a new record is created in Airtable, the details are used to create a new record in a Caspio table. A Slack message is then sent to notify a channel that a new record has been created in Caspio, providing relevant details.
