Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Caspio, OpenAI Vision, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caspio and OpenAI Vision integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and OpenAI Vision (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and OpenAI Vision

Caspio + OpenAI Vision + Slack: When a new table event occurs in Caspio (e.g., a new image is uploaded), the image is sent to OpenAI Vision for object detection. If suspicious items are found, a message is sent to a Slack channel.

OpenAI Vision + Caspio + Google Sheets: An image is analyzed by OpenAI Vision for damage reports. The findings are recorded as a new record in Caspio. A summary of the findings is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet.
