Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caspio and OpenPhone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and OpenPhone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and OpenPhone

Caspio + OpenPhone + Slack: When a new entry is added to a Caspio table, a call is initiated via OpenPhone. Subsequently, a Slack notification is sent to a designated team channel to inform them of the new Caspio entry and initiated call.

OpenPhone + Caspio + Google Sheets: When a new call event is recorded in OpenPhone, the call details and associated client information are logged in a Caspio table. This data is then automatically saved to a Google Sheets spreadsheet for reporting and analysis purposes.
