Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and ServiceM8 (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and ServiceM8
Caspio + ServiceM8 + Slack: When a new entry is added to a Caspio table, a corresponding work order is created in ServiceM8. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new work order.
ServiceM8 + Caspio + Google Sheets: When a job is completed in ServiceM8, the relevant job data is used to update a record in a Caspio table. This updated data is then logged as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
