Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caspio and Toggl Track integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and Toggl Track (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and Toggl Track
Caspio + Toggl Track + Slack: When a Caspio table record is updated, start tracking time in Toggl Track. Once the project status changes to 'complete' in Caspio, stop the time entry in Toggl Track and send a notification to a dedicated Slack channel.
Toggl Track + Caspio + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is created in Toggl Track, update a specific Caspio table record with the time entry details. Then, add a row to a Google Sheet to compile weekly reports.
