Depending on your setup, data should flow between Chargebee and Shippo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Chargebee and Shippo
Chargebee + Shippo + Slack: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, indicating a subscription has shipped, fetch the customer's subscription details from Chargebee. Then, send a Slack message to both the customer (if their Slack user ID is stored in Chargebee) and the internal shipping team, notifying them of the shipment.
Chargebee + Shippo + Google Sheets: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, fetch the relevant customer subscription details from Chargebee. Add a row to a Google Sheet to track the shipping cost associated with that customer's subscription for financial analysis.
