Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Chatwork, Pipefy, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Chatwork and Pipefy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Chatwork and Pipefy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Chatwork and Pipefy
Chatwork + Pipefy + Google Sheets: When a card is moved to a specific phase in Pipefy, the automation will retrieve relevant messages from a designated Chatwork room. These messages, along with card details, are then summarized and added as a new row in a Google Sheet for project tracking and reporting.
Pipefy + Chatwork + Slack: When a Pipefy card reaches a critical stage (e.g., 'Ready for Review'), the automation identifies the relevant project team members. It then sends a message to a dedicated Slack channel, notifying them of the card's status and providing a link to the Pipefy card. This message is also mirrored in a specified Chatwork room to ensure all team members are informed, regardless of their preferred communication platform.
