After configuring Circle, Database, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and Database integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Database (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Circle + Database + Airtable: When a new member joins a Circle community, their information is automatically added to a database. This database entry then triggers the creation of a new record in Airtable, allowing for data analysis and tracking of community growth.
Database + Circle + Slack: When an entry in the database is updated, a message is automatically posted to a specified Slack channel within the Circle community, keeping members informed of any changes.
