Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Google Analytics (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Circle and Google Analytics

Circle + Google Analytics + Slack: When a new member joins a Circle community, a key event is created in Google Analytics to track community growth. A summary message is then sent to a dedicated Slack channel to notify the team.

Google Analytics + Circle + Airtable: When Google Analytics reports significant website traffic, the report data is used to find matching user profiles in a Circle community. These Circle user profiles, alongside the Google Analytics report details, are then saved as records in Airtable for further analysis.
