Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Circle, Google Drive, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and Google Drive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Google Drive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Circle and Google Drive
Circle + Google Drive + Slack: When new content is added to a Circle community, it is automatically saved to a specified folder in Google Drive. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to inform members about the new content.
Google Drive + Circle + Google Sheets: When a new file is added to a specific Google Drive folder, its details (name, link, etc.) are added as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking. A summary of the newly added file is then posted in a Circle community.
