Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and Harvest integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Harvest (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Circle + Harvest + Slack: When a new member joins a Circle community, a timer is automatically started in Harvest to track initial support time. A message is then sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert the support team about the new member.
Harvest + Google Sheets + Circle: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, it's logged into a Google Sheet. Based on the entries, the Google Sheet data is analyzed. Then automatically post top contributors in a Circle community via Circle's direct message function, celebrating their efforts.
