Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and HubSpot integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and HubSpot (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Circle and HubSpot
Circle + HubSpot + Google Sheets: When a new member joins a Circle community, this automation creates a new contact or updates an existing contact in HubSpot. It then adds a row to a Google Sheet logging the new member's information and community join date for progress tracking and reporting.
HubSpot + Circle + Slack: When a new contact is created or updated in HubSpot, this automation checks if the contact is also a member of a specified Circle community. If the contact is a member, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.
