Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and ManyChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Circle and ManyChat
ManyChat + Circle + Google Sheets: When a ManyChat custom field is updated (e.g., a user completes a survey), this triggers adding the user to a specific Circle community. The user's Circle information is then added to a Google Sheet for tracking campaign performance.
ManyChat + Circle + Slack: When a new user joins a Circle community, and that user has a specific tag in ManyChat (added by a ManyChat promotion), post a message to a designated Slack channel to alert the team of a successful acquisition.
