After configuring Circle, Pipefy, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and Pipefy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Pipefy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Circle + Pipefy + Slack: When a new member joins a Circle community, a card is created in Pipefy to track their onboarding process. Once the card is created in Pipefy, a welcome message is sent to the new member via Slack.
Pipefy + Circle + Zoom: When a card in Pipefy reaches the 'Training Completed' phase, a follow-up meeting is scheduled in Zoom. An announcement of the scheduled meeting is then posted in the Circle community.
