Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Circle, Postmark, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and Postmark integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Postmark (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Circle and Postmark
Circle + Postmark + Slack: When a new member joins a Circle community, an email is sent to them via Postmark using a predefined template, and a notification message is posted to a designated Slack channel.
Postmark + Circle + Airtable: When a new email bounce is detected in Postmark, the data is saved to an Airtable base, and the corresponding member's status is updated in Circle based on the bounce information.
