Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Circle, Toggl Track, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and Toggl Track integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Toggl Track (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Circle and Toggl Track
Circle + Toggl Track + Google Calendar: When a new event is created in Circle, a time entry is started in Toggl Track. Once the Circle event ends, the time entry in Toggl Track is stopped, and the logged time is used to create an event in Google Calendar.
Toggl Track + Circle + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Toggl Track, information about the time entry is logged in Circle. A summary of the time logged is then sent to a Slack channel.
