How to connect Circle and Xero
Create a New Scenario to Connect Circle and Xero
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Circle, Xero, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and Xero integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Xero (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Circle and Xero
Circle + Xero + Slack: When a new member joins a Circle community, a new contact is automatically created in Xero with the member's details. Subsequently, a welcome message is sent to the new member via Slack to enhance their onboarding experience.
Xero + Google Sheets + Circle: When an invoice is paid in Xero, the payment details are automatically added as a new row to a specified Google Sheet for tracking and reporting. A notification is then posted in a designated Circle space to inform the team about the completed payment.
