Depending on your setup, data should flow between ClickMeeting and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ClickMeeting and Captions
ClickMeeting + Captions + Slack: When a new ClickMeeting recording is available (simulated by a new upcoming conference for testing), generate captions using Captions, then post a message to a dedicated Slack channel with a link to the recording and captions for team review.
ClickMeeting + Captions + Google Drive: Automatically save ClickMeeting recordings with generated captions to a specified folder in Google Drive.
