Most powerful ways to connect ClickMeeting and NetSuite
ClickMeeting + NetSuite + Slack: When a new attendee joins a ClickMeeting webinar, their information is used to search for existing records in NetSuite. If a record exists, a notification is sent to a Slack channel. If the record does not exist, one can be created manually based on the Slack notification.
NetSuite + ClickMeeting + Google Calendar: When a new record is created in NetSuite (trigger), a new conference is created in ClickMeeting. Then, a new event is created in Google Calendar using the ClickMeeting conference details to schedule the onboarding session.
