Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring ClickUp, Fotor, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ClickUp and Fotor integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ClickUp and Fotor (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ClickUp and Fotor
ClickUp + Fotor + Slack: When a new task is created in ClickUp, a request is sent to Fotor to generate an AI headshot using the task description. The generated image is then sent to a designated Slack channel for feedback.
Fotor + Google Drive + ClickUp: After editing an image in Fotor, the file is automatically saved to a specific folder in Google Drive. ClickUp then tracks these new files saved in Google Drive, attaching them to a specified task for project asset management.
