In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a ClickUp, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, ClickUp or LiveChat will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find ClickUp or LiveChat, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the ClickUp node from the app selection panel on the right.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the ClickUp node, select LiveChat from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within LiveChat.

After configuring ClickUp, LiveChat, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the ClickUp and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ClickUp and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
LiveChat + ClickUp + Slack: When a chat is tagged as urgent in LiveChat, a task is created in ClickUp with the chat transcript. A notification is then sent to a specified Slack channel to alert the team.
LiveChat + ClickUp + Google Sheets: When a LiveChat session is deactivated, the chat transcript and related details are logged into a Google Sheet. This includes the ClickUp task ID if a task was created during the chat.
