Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Clockify and CloudTalk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clockify and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Clockify and CloudTalk
CloudTalk + Clockify + Google Sheets: When a new call ends in CloudTalk, the call duration is tracked in Clockify by creating a time entry and then logged into a Google Sheet for project costing analysis.
CloudTalk + Clockify + Slack: When a new call ends in CloudTalk, a time entry is created in Clockify. If the call duration exceeds a predefined threshold, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel alerting the team.
