Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clockify and QuestionPro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Clockify and QuestionPro
QuestionPro + Clockify + Slack: When a new survey response is received in QuestionPro, the flow finds or creates a corresponding project in Clockify. Once the project is found, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel, notifying the team that a new survey response is available for a specific project.
QuestionPro + Clockify + Google Sheets: When new survey answers are retrieved from QuestionPro, the workflow retrieves associated project time from Clockify via time entry search. Then, it adds the survey responses and project time data into a new row in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
