Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring CloudConvert, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudConvert and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudConvert and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudConvert and Jibble
CloudConvert + Google Drive + Jibble: When a CloudConvert job finishes, the converted file is automatically uploaded to Google Drive. Jibble tracks time against a pre-defined 'Conversion Task' activity using clock in/out data to record employee time spent on these conversions.
Jibble + CloudConvert + Slack: When an employee clocks into a 'video editing' task in Jibble, CloudConvert automatically converts specified source files. Upon completion, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team.
