Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring CloudConvert, Miro, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudConvert and Miro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudConvert and Miro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudConvert and Miro
CloudConvert + Miro + Slack: When a CloudConvert job finishes, indicating a file has been converted, the converted file details are sent to a designated Slack channel to facilitate team feedback and collaboration on the converted content.
Miro + CloudConvert + Google Drive: When a new Miro board is created, it triggers a CloudConvert job to convert the board export to a desired format. Upon successful conversion, the resulting file is automatically uploaded to Google Drive for storage and access.
