Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring CloudConvert, NetSuite, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudConvert and NetSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudConvert and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudConvert and NetSuite
CloudConvert + NetSuite + Google Drive: When a CloudConvert job finishes, the resulting file is uploaded to Google Drive and linked to the corresponding record in NetSuite, ensuring easy access to converted files within the NetSuite environment.
NetSuite + CloudConvert + PandaDoc: When a new customer record is created in NetSuite, relevant data is used to generate a contract via PandaDoc. The data might need to be converted to a usable file format by CloudConvert first. The generated contract is then automatically sent to the new customer.
