Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudConvert and OpenPhone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudConvert and OpenPhone
CloudConvert + OpenPhone + Slack: When a CloudConvert job finishes, the automation checks if the converted file size exceeds a predefined limit. If it does, a message is sent via OpenPhone, and then a notification with job details is posted to a dedicated Slack channel.
OpenPhone + CloudConvert + Google Drive: When a new message event containing a voicemail is received in OpenPhone, CloudConvert converts the voicemail to text. The converted text is then saved as a new file in a specified Google Drive folder.
