Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Cloudinary, ClickUp, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Cloudinary and ClickUp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Cloudinary and ClickUp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Cloudinary and ClickUp
ClickUp + Cloudinary + Google Drive: When a new attachment is added to a ClickUp task, it is automatically uploaded to Cloudinary for optimization and transformation. The original file is then backed up to Google Drive for version control.
ClickUp + Cloudinary + Slack: When a ClickUp task with design assets is marked as completed, the automation retrieves a transformed preview from Cloudinary and posts it to a designated Slack channel for team review and feedback.
