Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Cloudinary, Vitally, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Cloudinary and Vitally integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Cloudinary and Vitally (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Cloudinary and Vitally

Cloudinary + Vitally + Google Sheets: This automation tracks new image assets used in Vitally customer profiles. When a new resource is uploaded to Cloudinary, the workflow checks if the image is associated with a Vitally user. If so, it adds a row to a Google Sheet, logging the image URL and the user's details.

Vitally + Cloudinary + Slack: When a new user is created in Vitally, this automation retrieves their profile picture URL from Cloudinary (assuming the URL is stored in a custom user field in Vitally). It then sends a Slack notification with a link to the profile picture, allowing for quick visual identification and team awareness.
