Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Cloudinary, Youform, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Cloudinary and Youform integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Cloudinary and Youform (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Cloudinary and Youform
Youform + Cloudinary + Google Drive: When a new form submission is received in Youform containing media uploads, the media is uploaded to Cloudinary. The Cloudinary URL is then saved to a new file in Google Drive.
Youform + Cloudinary + Slack: Upon a new form submission in Youform, any uploaded images are sent to Cloudinary. The resulting Cloudinary URL of the uploaded image is then sent to a designated Slack channel for review.
