Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Cloudinary, Zoho Desk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Cloudinary and Zoho Desk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Cloudinary and Zoho Desk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Cloudinary and Zoho Desk

Zoho Desk + Cloudinary + Google Drive: When a new attachment is added to a Zoho Desk ticket, the file is uploaded to Cloudinary. Then, the Cloudinary URL is used to create a file in a specified Google Drive folder, effectively archiving the image asset.

Zoho Desk + Cloudinary + Slack: When a new image attachment is added to a Zoho Desk ticket, the image is uploaded to Cloudinary, and a Slack notification is sent to the design team with the Cloudinary URL. The specific image type trigger isn't directly available but could be implemented using conditional logic.
