After configuring CloudTalk, Airtable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Airtable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Airtable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Airtable
CloudTalk + Airtable + Slack: When a call is missed in CloudTalk, a new record is created in Airtable to track the missed call. Then, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the support team for follow-up.
Airtable + CloudTalk + Twilio: When a new record is created in Airtable, the automation uses data from CloudTalk to personalize an SMS message via Twilio and send it to the contact listed in the new Airtable record.
