After configuring CloudTalk, Awork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Awork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Awork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Awork
CloudTalk + Awork + Slack: When a call ends in CloudTalk, a task is created in Awork to follow up on the call. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to inform the project team about the new task and call details.
Awork + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When a task is updated in Awork, the automation retrieves the call duration from CloudTalk (using call activity) and logs both the task details and call duration to a Google Sheet for performance analysis.
