How to connect CloudTalk and Circle
Create a New Scenario to Connect CloudTalk and Circle
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a CloudTalk, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, CloudTalk or Circle will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find CloudTalk or Circle, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the CloudTalk node from the app selection panel on the right.

Configure the CloudTalk
Click on the CloudTalk node to configure it. You can modify the CloudTalk URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Circle Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the CloudTalk node, select Circle from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Circle.

Authenticate Circle
Now, click the Circle node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Circle settings. Authentication allows you to use Circle through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring CloudTalk, Circle, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Circle integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Circle (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

CloudTalk + Circle + Slack: When a call in CloudTalk is completed (New Call trigger), find the contact in CloudTalk (Find Contact action). If the contact exists, post a message in a specified Circle community channel (Send Direct Message) to share a success story. Also, notify the relevant team in Slack (Send Public Channel Message) about the resolution.
Circle + CloudTalk + Zendesk: When a new member joins a Circle community (New Member trigger), create a new contact in CloudTalk (Create Contact action) using the member's details. Subsequently, create a ticket in Zendesk (Create Ticket action) to follow up with the new member.
