Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Clockify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Clockify

CloudTalk + Clockify + Google Sheets: When a new call ends in CloudTalk, record the call duration as a new time entry in Clockify, and then log the call details and duration in a Google Sheet for reporting.

Clockify + CloudTalk + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Clockify, check if the associated project in CloudTalk reaches a predefined time limit. If the limit is reached, send a notification to a Slack channel.
