After configuring CloudTalk, Encharge, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Encharge integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Encharge (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
CloudTalk + Encharge + Slack: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, the caller's information is used to create or update a person's profile in Encharge. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the sales team about the new lead.
Encharge + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When a new person is added to Encharge, their contact details are used to create a new contact in CloudTalk. The same information is then added as a new row in a specified Google Sheet for record-keeping and analysis.
