Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Facebook
CloudTalk + Slack: When a new call comes into CloudTalk, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel. The message contains the caller's information, which could be enhanced with information from Facebook if available through caller ID.
CloudTalk + HubSpot: After a call in CloudTalk, the system attempts to find the contact in HubSpot. If the contact exists, it updates the contact. If the contact doesn't exist, it creates a new contact in HubSpot, using details from the call.
