Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Getform integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Getform (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Getform

CloudTalk + Getform + Slack: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, if the call is missed, a new submission is created in Getform with the caller's details. This submission triggers a notification in Slack to alert the team about the missed call and the submitted form.

Getform + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: A new submission in Getform triggers the creation of a new contact in CloudTalk. The contact details and submission data are then added to a new row in Google Sheets for record-keeping and analysis.
